法國財經部發布新聞稿，為促進法國再生能源產業發展，法國財經部頃於本月6日針對生物然氣生產證書(CPB)之許可訂定2026-2028生質甲烷(biomethane，即可再生天然氣)之產量目標：2026年0.8 TWh、2027年3.1 TWh、2028年6.5 TWh。

新聞稿指出，上述生物然氣生產證書係依據法國於2021年8月22日公告之「氣候與韌性法案」(climate and resilience bill)規定所訂定之生產機制，天然氣供應商可透過生產再生天然氣取得該證書，或向其他再生天然氣業者購買，並須依規定提報。

法國2023年可再生天然氣產量達9.1 TWh，已大幅超過政府所訂定之6 TWh目標。另法國政府自2011年制定相關收購價格機制，預期上述新發布之措施將持續擴大法國可再生天然氣產業鏈發展。
