台灣頻率元件產業邁向智慧製造之路
建立共通之頻率元件產業用OPC-UA通訊協定初版(Ver.1, 2019)

電子零件製程為更精進設備稼動率,改善生產資料部份人工作業、異常狀況分析以及問題檢測的正確性,各生產製程之站別及機台的資料必須設法整合分析,方能即時監控生產狀態,並針對設備異常提前診斷、預警等。

為協助打造台灣製造高品質頻率元件,切入國際高端應用市場,並且因應國際客戶對供應鏈品質要求及生產資料取得,以確保其產品品質有效監控,在台灣工業局的支持下,電電公會與資策會及台灣石英晶體產業協會於2018年共同努力推動頻率元件產業智慧製造示範團隊,藉以抛磚引玉,提昇整體產業智慧製造競爭力。同時,並台灣頻率元件產業領全球同業之先,於2019年12月20日階段性期統一國內頻率元件機聯網傳輸規格,將有效解決該產業在製程設備組合多樣化與設備通訊分歧的問題,達致廠商與設備商未來合作溝通上的一致性,以提高產品生產效率並降低客製化通訊格式的成本,精進高品質製造基礎,加速產業「智慧製造」發展進程。

It is critical for the manufacturing of electronic components to improve equipment utilization, to replace manual data entry with digitized production data acquisition, to analyze any anomaly, and to verify the accuracy of inspection. The data from all equipment and each production cell should be delivered and rapidly analyzed in order to monitor and control the production in real time. Such automated analysis can detect equipment anomalies earlier and promptly alert operation and maintenance staff.

With the support of the Industrial Development Bureau, TEEMA and QIAT together with the Institute for Information Industry (iii) have set up a manufacturing demonstrator team to further their common goals of premium quality and optimized cost.  They are setting new benchmarks for smart manufacturing which support the requirements of the international market for quartz crystal in high end applications.

The team adopted the OPC UA interoperability standard for connected equipment and systems data exchange. A quartz crystal industrial OPC UA standard in Taiwan was announced in December 26, 2019. The communication standard provides an effective solution for a variety of system interfaces among manufacturers ensuring interoperability between equipment. The team anticipates that both the device and equipment manufacturers shall collaborate, so both can lower the cost by eliminating custom-designed communication and streamlining the product development and manufacturing process.

It enables the team to progress towards smart manufacturing by horizontal communication from machine to machine and for vertical communication from machine to the cloud across different system platforms.
