波蘭政府積極協助業者建置電動車充電站基礎設施

According to the government's program of electro-mobility development, Poland will have 6,000 standard loaders in 2020. It will be slower stations that charge the batteries of a passenger electric car to full in a few hours. In addition, 400 high speed loaders will be built. The Ministry of Energy estimates that the cost of building such a charging network will amount to 500 million zlotys.

 

There are already a few producers of chargers for electric vehicles in Poland: Elektroenergetyka, PGE, Energa, Innogy, and Greenway. Following foreign producers sells their chargers: Garo, ABB, Ensto, Keba and DBT, Swarco and Pheonix.

 

2017 brought real enhancement of the electrical car chargers market. There rising number of companies willing to offer their customers the option of charging electric cars. Amongst them are car manufacturers, supermarkets as well as energy and fuel companies.

 

The company Greenway has received EU funding for further development of the infrastructure for electric cars, such as charging stations. It is planned to build 200 chargers of different types thanks to this subsidy.  Greenway will build up 10 ultra-fast charging stations up to 350kW, 135 chargers with a capacity of 50kW, as well as 50 loaders with a capacity of 7-22kW by year 2020.

 

Apart, the oil concern PKN Orlen plans the construction of a charging station.  Another oil concern Lotos is going to build 12 charging points for electric cars. Charging of electric cars will be equipped with a universal charger to support three international standards: CHAdeMO dedicated to Japanese and Korean brands, CCS for European brands, Type 2 with additional adapter for Tesla brand. The minimum power for one charging point will be approximately 50 kW.

 

It’s worth pointing out that LG Chem will spend about $ 387 million, to invest in a Polish electric battery factory near Wroclaw. The production is expected to begin in 2018 and, according to LG Chem, the factory will produce more than 100,000 batteries annually exclusively for "high performance" electric cars that will be able to travel up to 320 km on a single charge. The value of the investment was estimated at $ 360 million.

 

150 points charging station are in Poland (compared to over 100 000 in Europe). They work for free. But with the development of the market with free services will past. One free charger costs about PLN 40 000. The cost of fast charger is PLN80-120 000. The installation cost is between 20 and 70 thousand zlotys. The total the installing cost of one new fast loading station (charger, design and installation works) is between 100 and 190,000 zlotys. Quick charger with installation costs more than PLN100,000 in Poland. The maintenance of one 100 kW station costs from 11.4 to even over 25,000 zloty yearly. Distributor tariffs are administratively regulated.
